By purchasing a spot you agree to the following.

- The session fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a later date.

- The client gives permission to photograph a minor, if applicable to the individual session.

- All proofs will be available in a private gallery within 2-3 weeks of the session date. 

- Your on-line gallery will be available for seven days for you and your family to view (you will be notified by e-mail when your gallery is available). The gallery will expire after the 7 days. You will be notified of your gallery expiration, where then you will have the option of extending your gallery another 7 days. After that 7 days there will be a $25 reposting fee, this will continue until order is complete. Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice, however prices are locked in at the time of your booking.

- The photographer holds on to all digital images for 6 months. The photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond her control. 

- Amy P. Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client's session. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Amy P. Photography during client's photo session. 

- Because of the custom nature of orders, all orders are final unless error by Amy P Photography!
